The Wisconsin Union invites you to COME TO THE TABLE and join us for a new series focused on food, sustainability and world trends in food consumption. This first edition featuring Professor Michael Bell and entitled "The Merchant is the One Who Gets it All: Food, the "middleman," and the Agroecology of Justice" is brought to you by the Distinguished Lecture Series, the Society and Politics Committee, Wisconsin Union Dining Services, F.H. King and the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. The Dinner menu includes (some substitutions may occur) locally grown and made items including: Rosemary Butternut Lasagna, Organic White Beans, Braised Kale and Pumpkin Pie.
