Theater Renovation

The Wisconsin Union Theater and the Fredric March Play Circle will close for major renovation in June 2012 and re-open in Fall 2014. This is part of the Memorial Union Reinvestment (MUR) project.  The revitalized and improved theaters will re-open in time for the Fall 2014 semester and the 75th Anniversary of the Theater in October 2014.

Rent the Theater for Your Event

The Wisconsin Union Theater and Fredric March Play Circle are closed and unavailable for rentals until Fall 2014. The calendar for the 2014-2015 year will be opened in January of 2014. If you are interested in using either space for an event, please contact Heather Good at hlgood@wisc.edu to be put on a list to receive information about the 2014-2015 booking process when it becomes available.
